Monday-Friday (5 days), 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Leading team training and team building activities, participating in and leading team meetings
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Prepare budgets and compile reports from different departments
Attend team meetings lead team training and supervise staff.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through interviews and decision making
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Represent the organization at district and city events such as meetings, training, etc.
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Responsible for staff wellbeing and performance
Preparing & reviewing reports
Ensuring organization is operating securely & effective, updating legal documents
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR Management
3 years working experience
Excellent communication skills
Administration skills, Innovative skills
Good computer and report writing skills
