CCU Main Office – Ojok Ojara Road, Plot 9, Laroo, Gulu

Working days:

  • Monday-Friday (5 days), 8:30 am – 5:00 pm


  • Leading team training and team building activities, participating in and leading team meetings

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures

  • Prepare budgets and compile reports from different departments

  • Attend team meetings lead team training and supervise staff.

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through interviews and decision making

  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans

  • Represent the organization at district and city events such as meetings, training, etc.

  • Develop training and development programs

  • Assist in performance management processes

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements

  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

  • Responsible for staff wellbeing and performance

  • Preparing & reviewing reports

  • Ensuring organization is operating securely & effective, updating legal documents

Qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR Management

  • 3 years working experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Administration skills, Innovative skills

  • Good computer and report writing skills
